Shri Narayan Parvatikar, Managing Director of “Narayan Rail Academy” is a retired Railway Signal Engineer. He served Indian Railway in different capacities for more than 27 years, including as a Faculty in IRISET, Secunderabad. He is also a certified soft skill trainer. He has conducted various training programs before launching the Narayan Academy. He is an expert in KAVACH technology of Indian Railways. He holds the license of IRSTELO for Design Verification.

Dr. Raja Goundan, General Manager (Retd) of Indian Railway is a retired IRSSE professional. He served Indian Railways for more than 35 years. He is a consultant for Hyderabad Metro and other metro projects. He imparts training on RAMS, Functional Safety, Data Management, EMI/EMC effects in railways& Metro technology.

Shri. B. Sambi Reddy, Chief Signal and Telecommunication Engineer (Retd) of Indian Railways is a retired IRSSE officer. He served the Indian Railways for 25 years. He is working in Railway Signalling products development industry from the last 15 years. He is associated with IOT based signalling system monitoring products and SIL4 products. He is an expert in Railway Signalling, Telecommunication, Data loggers, Networking of Data Loggers, MSDAC, HASSDAC, BPAC etc. He has imparted training on these technologies. Shri. B. Shri. T. G. Osuru, Chief Signal and Telecommunication Engineer (Retd) Indian Railway is a IRSSE officer. He served Indian Railways in various capacities for more than 39 years. During his service he carried out and completed successfully various projects like Electronic Interlocking, Route Relay Interlocking, Gauge conversion, Automatic Signaling. He is a Fellow member of IRSE (London). He has vast experience of teaching Railway signaling for more than 9 years. He has trained Graduate Engineers of L & T Organization, TCIL Organization under Ministry of Communication. He was a panel expert with Mckinsey& amp, Company, New Delhi. He also headed the team constituted by Railway Board to standardize the Signaling Designing over the Indian Railway. He updates his knowledge with latest development in Railways.

Shri M MPrakasam, Director IRIEEN, Nasik (Retd) is a Railway Electrification expert. He has served the Indian Railways for more than 34 years in various capacities. He worked as a consultant for “Namma Metro” of Bengaluru, DMRC, Jaipur metro. Presently he is serving as a consultant and as Advisor Inspection in NCRTC for inspection and testing of RRTS train sets. He is known for his simplicity and vast knowledge in railway electrification. He was also involved in designing electrical locomotives, testing of metro coaches etc. He imparts training on Railway Electrification in a simple way.

Shri Mohan Bidkar, Asst Engineer, Electrical (Retd) is a Railway Electrification expert. He has served Indian Railways for more than 30 years in various capacities. He has imparted various training programs on Railway Electrification including latest technologies. He is well known for his simple way of teaching. His presentations are well appreciated by participants. He has conducted training for various companies including metro projects. He updates his knowledge regularly and abreast with latest technologies.

Shri V Kirtivasan, Divisional Signal and Telecommunication Engineer (Retd) of Indian Railways served the Railways industry for more than 38 years. He is possessing vast knowledge in designing, verifying, installing, testing and commissioning not only Indian Railway technology, but also UK Railway. He held IRSElicense in various categories. With his vast experience in teaching for more than 11 years imparts training on Indian Railway Technology and UK Railway Technology, IRSE certification etc. He has worked with various companies in India and Abroad.

Shri Radhakrishnan V Divisional Signal and Telecommunication Engineer (Retd) of Indian Railways for more than 30 years. He a Railway Telecommunication expert. He is an expert in digital microwave, data communication, computer application, metro technology, verification and testing etc. He has imparted training on different topics like Indian Railway and Metro Telecommunication standards and installation practices, designing and implementation of different telecom like optic fiber communication, copper quad cable, back bone network, Train control system, emergency communication system. He is also an expert in designing and implementing TETRA, PABX, CCTV, PA, PIS, SCADA, Data network, SDH backbone, Master clock systems etc.

Shri V Vijaykumar, a retired Senior Section Engineer (Design) from Indian Railways, has extensive experience in designing of signalling plan, preparing table of control, relay interlocking logical circuits etc. He was a faculty member at IRISET for more than 10 years. He is known for his simple explanation of complicated topics. After voluntarily retiring from Indian Railways, he served many MNCs. He is also an expert trainer in Electronic Interlocking, Digital Axle counters etc.

Shri S. Solomon, Senior Section Engineer (Retd) Indian Railways has served the Indian Railways for more than 36 years. He has vast experience in designing, installing, testing and commissioning British Type Relay Interlocking Installations. He has served for more than 15 years as a teaching faculty at IRISET, Secunderabad. He has worked as a consultant for various companies. He served not only Indian Railways but also Mozambique’s railways. He has worked on Sri Lankan metro projects, Scot Wilson UK projects, Malaysian projects and Bangladesh projects. He has imparted training on Relay Interlocking, Signalling in Railway Electrification.

Shri A V R Subbarao, Asst Signal and Telecommunication Engineer (Retd) Indian Railways has served the Indian Railways for more than 35 years. He has vast experience in field in constructing and maintaining signalling gears. He also served as a teaching faculty at IRISET, Secunderabad. Known for his simple way of teaching has imparted various training programs on Basics of Railway Signalling, Principles of Interlocking, Relay Interlocking, Signalling in Railway Electrified Area etc.

Shri Tandav Krishna, Section Engineer ( Retd) from Indian Railways has served the Indian Railways for more than 28 years. He has vast experience in designing, installing, testing and commissioning British Type Relay Interlocking Installations. He also possesses IRSE license and guiding various candidates in obtaining IRSE license. He is serving as Work Place Assessor (WPA) and Competence Assessor (CA) for IRSE UK license. He has imparted training on Relay Interlocking, Signalling in Railway Electrification and various topics.

Shri. Raghuraj Tawargeri Senior Section Engineer (Retd) Indian Railways has served the Indian Railways for more than 30 years. He has vast experience in designing, installing, testing and commissioning British Type Relay Interlocking Installations and Siemens Interlocking. He has served for more than 10 years as a teaching faculty at IRISET, Secunderabad. He has imparted training on Basics of Signalling, Principles of Interlocking, Relay Interlocking, Signalling in Railway Electrification, Electronic Interlocking, Train Protection and Warning System, Power supply etc.

Shri K Mohan, Senior Section Engineer (Retd) Indian Railways served the Indian Railway in various capacities for more than 37 years. He also served as Signalling Trainer for more than 9+ years in S & T Training Centre. During his service he as maintained various installations including Panel Interlocking, Route Relay Interlocking. He has handled various projects on converting from single line to double line, installing, testing and commissioning of Block Proving Axle Counters, Single Section Digital Axle Counters.

Shri Arumugam Kannan, Civil Engineer (Retd) of Indian Railway. He has served the Indian Railways for more than 37 years in various capacities. During his tenure on Indian Railways, he served for more than 10 years as a teaching faculty in Zonal Training School for Civil Engineers. He has also contributed in training the engineers of Hyderabad Metro and Lucknow Metro. He has vast knowledge and experience in Railway Track Technology including Points and Crossings. He is a life member of Railway Permanent Way Engineers Association has participated in many national and International seminars. He received many awards during Railway tenure.
